Coordination among partners to assign project responsibilities, and clarification of the development competences as well as manufacturing options.   The steady exchange and continuous communication between the participating companies during the entire development period ensure a smooth process and successful completion.

The outcome of this project was a very successful pump generation.

Development of injection molding around the metal insert of a bipolar scissors by using polyether ether ketone (PEEK).

Development of a special geometry of the metal insert and possibility of gradual overmolding of the scissors.

Constant close tolerance thin wall thickness over a long insulation area.
