Task
Production of a silent suction cannula with 'flash-free' external geometry on the circumferential contour of the mouthpiece.
Solution
The technical molding solution to ensure a 'flash-free' separation process in the area of extraction requires a corresponding degree of freedom in component construction. This means that component construction and mold design were in our area of responsibility and we were able to achieve a super result.
