In order to ensure the highest level of functional safety, Konzelmann GmbH already uses simulation software for the execution of filling and distortion analyses during component design. Systematic methods for the maintenance and correction of the tools ensure an optimal representation of the tolerance requirements.
A further important building block is the material selection, which is tailored to the requirements profile and boundary conditions. It includes parameters such as the necessary surface quality in the sealing areas, strength characteristics of the housing contour or material resistances and more.
