The outcome of this project was a very successful pump generation.

Development of injection molding around the metal insert of a bipolar scissors by using polyether ether ketone (PEEK).

Design and manufacture of a care device for dental handpieces. The starting point was the design by the OEM.

When the front doors are opened, the dental handpieces are swiveled outwards. In addition, the front door is moved and damped downward. Components which are soiled by the application can be easily removed for cleaning.

Production of all plastic components of a dental multi-purpose syringe from a high-performance material.

A project with a wide variety of molding challenges! By means of a slider moving on a circular path, the differently curved tube contours are demolded. Profound experience in tool design is required  to demold the fine thread at a mold temperature of more than 200 °C, in particular with low wall thickness.

The technical molding solution to ensure a 'flash-free' separation process in the area of extraction requires a corresponding degree of freedom in component construction. This means that component construction and mold design were in our area of responsibility and we were able to achieve a super result.
