The development and manufacture of precision plastic parts requires consistent peak performance in all processes. Konzelmann GmbH delivers this peak performance with managed, documented and reproducible processes, as evidenced by our TS16949 certification. The implemented quality management system is a key factor for our continuous improvement.
Quality at all company levels
In compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, Konzelmann's quality management system is a closed loop:
The starting point is our company's quality policy. It is incorporated in the definition of the corporate goals by the management.
The quality targets are in turn derived from the goals that are aligned to the overall corporate strategy.
Quality planning, steering and assurance are implemented at the operational level. As an integral part of the managed business processes, they enable similar and reproducible quality standards.
The three core objectives of our quality management are:
- Increase customer satisfaction and thus our own market position
- Reduce potential costs attributable to defective products
Konzelmann Quality Management
The maturity of a quality management system is reflected in the depth of the regulated processes. With this in mind, we have incorporated continuous improvements (CIP) in our corporate culture. However, documentation is not an end in itself. Rather, the controlled processes aim at making every single or partial process, as well as the entire process chain, reproducible and increase or maintain the high quality of our products, with the same use of resources. The prerequisites for this are a transparent corporate structure, satisfied employees and optimized cost structures.
